Our approach is deeply personal, relationship-based, and education-focused. As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated and thoughtful Junior Financial Advisor to join our team and grow with us.

Position Overview

The Junior Financial Advisor will support our lead advisors in providing holistic financial planning and investment management services. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is passionate about helping people, eager to learn, and looking to grow into a lead advisory role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update financial plans using industry-standard planning tools.
  • Support in portfolio monitoring, investment research, trading and preparation of recommendations.
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-ups.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and care.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and help ensure regulatory and compliance accuracy.
  • Collaborate on firm initiatives including client education, marketing, events and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with securities licensing and/or CFP designation.
  • 1–2 years of experience in financial services, planning, or client service role.
  • Comfortable with technology and planning tools (prefer experience with MoneyGuidePro, CRM’s and the suite of Office programs).
  • Excellent, professional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, go-getter attitude and organizational skills.
  • A passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Full-Time Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 plus commission, depending on experience and qualifications
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus potential
